Officers with the Jonesboro Police Department arrested Paragould native Pierre Dowling for internet stalking and computer child pornography on Monday, May 9, 2022.
A detective with our ICAC Division was contacted by the victim, who stated an adult sent her nude images through social media in November. The victim stated the content turned sexual shortly after accepting the friend request. The case was turned over to our department for further investigation.
On Monday, Dowling was transported to the Craighead County Detention Center. He appeared before Judge Tommy Fowler today and received a $75,000 bond.
