The following individuals were booked into the Izard County Detention Center during the past week, according to Chief Deputy Charley Melton.

Kelly Michell Blundell, 31, of Calico Rock was arrested February 21 for possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew Arnold, 35, of Clinton was arrested February 22 for failure to appear.

Zachariah Clark Davis, 41, of Mountain Home was arrested February 22 for driving on a suspended driver’s license.

Casey Armstrong, 34, of Heber Springs was arrested February 22 and is on hold for another agency.

Christopher Wayne Ferguson, 47, of Melbourne was arrested February 23 for disorderly conduct, domestic battery 3rd Degree and criminal mischief 3rd Degree.

Whitney Dawn Adams, 34, of Calico Rock was arrested February 24 for disorderly conduct.

Alexander Blake Rouse, 30, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested February 25 and is on a parole hold.

Priscilla Lynn Stiles, 39, of Hardy, was arrested February 25 for failure to appear.

Matthew Ryan Thomas, 47, of Melbourne was arrested February 26 for vehicles to be driven on right side of roadway, violation of Omnibus DWI Act, refusal to submit to chemical test. Bond was set at $990.

Amber Dawn Hayes, 37, of Melbourne was arrested February 26 for criminal impersonation 2nd Degree, obstructing governmental operations, driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance and tail lamp not working. Bond was set at $2,130.

Javaughn Kelly Sr., 53, of Melbourne was arrested February 26 for driving left of center, DWI- operation of a vehicle during DWI suspension or revocation, no proof of insurance and refusal to submit to chemical test. Bond was set at $1,235.

Amber Elis Julian, 36, of Pineville was arrested February 27 for failure to appear and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Bond was set at $1,000.
