Arkansas State Police report a Mountain Home man is dead after a motorcycle crash Friday evening.
The Arkansas State Police Fatal Crash Report stated the crash happened on March 29th at 5:49 p.m. on State Highway 5 North.
According to a preliminary crash report, Robert Finch, age 60 was traveling northbound on State Highway 5 North on his 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road.
His motorcycle ran off the east side of the roadway and struck a large boulder.
Finch was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
The report stated that weather conditions were clear and road conditions were dry at the time of the crash.
