An Arkansas man has been charged in Fulton County with possession of child sexual abuse material.
21-year-old Lucas Clute was arrested for transmitting images of his genitals to a 16-year-old minor.
Clute is charged with a class B felony with Clute’s bond set at $30,000.
Clute was arrested and charged in 2021 by Fulton County authorities after he was allegedly caught unclothed with a 13-year-old by the minor’s mother.
Clute was on probation for his first offense.
