On 3/20/24, officers of Delta Squad responded to an apartment in Garden Manor in reference to shots heard. The complainant alleged that she could hear what sounded like a dice game occurring and then a gunshot followed by silence.
The scene was secured when officers arrived, and a security sweep was conducted. There was a very strong odor of marijuana in the apartment and contraband in plain sight. A search warrant was issued and then executed. Officers seized over 10 ounces of weed and 231 of the pressed M30 pills suspected to be Fentanyl, scales w/ baggies, and close to $2500.
One person was arrested and charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl and Poss of Sch VI with purpose to deliver.
