Three people have been arrested in Fulton County after being found to be involved in the assault of a family member.
This incident occurred back on September 5th.
Multiple law enforcement organizations responded to a domestic violence incident in Ash Flat.
According to court documents, law enforcement on the scene discovered a victim with lacerations to the face, and an eye swollen shut with abrasions.
Witnesses stayed that Austin Patterson, age 29, Dylan Patterson, age 36, and Kaylon Patterson, age 63, assaulted the victim and continued the assault while they were on the ground.
Authorities believe the altercation may have been triggered by a disagreement over a building known to those involved as the carpet barn.
All three men were charged with Felony 2nd Degree Domestic Battery.
