Court records show that Tonya Nesbit Robey, age 54 of Mountain View, Arkansas (Stone County) was charged with felony endangering the welfare of a minor.
The arrest comes after her two-year-old grandson in her care tested positive for Meth.
Robey was arrested and charged with Felony Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor, she was released after posting a $5,000 bond.
