Cherokee Village Police Department has reported the arrest of the son of the Hardy Police Chief and two other teens. Carson Rose, age 19, Autumn Hall, age 18 and Shawn Biby, age 19, were all arrested after a fight that involved a weapon.
Reports say that Rose discharged a weapon and then left the scene of the fight.
Rose was arrested and charged with assault, terroristic threatening, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Hall was charged with assault. Biby was arrested for having a failure to appear warrant out of Cherokee Village.
All three were taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
