According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (8/1/23-8/7/2023). An average of 70 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
James Biby, 44, of Little Rock, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense, Motorcycle Improper operation/No Certificate, Expired Tags UNUSED.
Angela Byram, 34, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Theft of Services.
Selena Cabrera, 24, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for Theft of Property <=$1000.
Mary Ellis, 41, of Hardy, Violation of a Protection Order.
Jamie Fitch, 47, of Batesville, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving Left of Center.
Nathan Lankford, 51, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for Theft of Property <=$1000.
Larwrence Lindsey, 72, of Cave City, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order.
Kaylee Mensman, 29, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local, Careless Driving, Violation of City Ordinance, No Proof of Liability Insurance-ASP.
Shawn Petty, 62, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Careless Inattentive Driving.
Dusty Reynolds, 36, Salem, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local.
Ernest Richard, 37, of Salem, Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense.
Peggy Robinson, 60, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Operations, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest.
Sarah Rodriguez, 34, Hot Springs, Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense.
Jerrod Tharp, 37, of Pine Bluff, was arrested for Defective Equipment, No Seat Belt, Driving with Suspended/Revoked DL, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.
Blake Thompson, 26, of Fayetteville, was arrested for Hold for Other County/State.

Jason Wilkerson, 44, of Cave City, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated, Disorderly Conduct.
