The Arkansas State Police today released the fatal crash report for an ATV accident that occurred on Monday.
According to the release, 55 year old Joseph Barber of Maynard was fatally injured when his 2015 Polaris failed to negotiate a curve and crossed the centerline striking a 2013 Mack truck before leaving the roadway.
The accident occurred at 10:08 am on Middlebrook Road in Randolph County.
No other injuries were reported, the accident was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
