The Mammoth Spring Police Department reported the arrest of an illegal immigrant at the Mammoth Spring Reunion on Wednesday.
Manuel Hernandez, age 33 was arrested by Mammoth Spring Police following an incident where Hernandez was accused of “nudging an underage female and pouring a drink on her†the report continues by saying “Hernandez started to get closer to the girl, she ran away for helpâ€.
Hernandez is facing charges of assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and possession of marijuana.
Hernandez was taken to the Fulton County Jail, his court date is set for August 13.
