Circuit Judge David Goodson has issued a statement that in order to adequately accommodate the public and press he has decided the Plea and Arraignment of Rebecca O’Donnell will be conducted at the Randolph County Courthouse at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30, 2019.
O’Donnell faces capital murder, abuse of a corpse & tampering in the murder case of former Arkansas Senator Linda Collins-Smith.
​The Randolph County Courthouse is located at 107 West Broadway in Pocahontas, Arkansas.
​The public and press are further notified Judge Goodson has Ordered that no audio recording, visual recording or still photography will be conducted nor permitted on the top floor of the Randolph County Courthouse on Tuesday,
