On December 23, 2015 Deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department responded to an ATV accident near Alicia, AR.
A 16 year old juvenile male was driving the ATV with a passenger 22 year old male Hugo Flores. The 16 year old male was taken to St. Bernard’s Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. The 16 year old male later died.
Hugo Flores was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor. Flores is currently in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing. The incident is under investigation at this time.
