Programs available for pre-K through 12th grade and adults.Available for 1 hour programs up to Concerts or all day repeat programs. He has his own sound system for venue’s of 100 or less.

Background: The Highlander has been making music for 50 years and has been an educator for the past 45 years. He has played for students in the classroom, restaurants, special events, festivals, nursing homes, concert venues. In addition he has been a social studies teacher, principal, superintendent, adjunct faculty for Universities and counselor.

Education: BSE in Social Studies, Arkansas State University,1970, MSE in Secondary School Administration, Missouri State University,1974, Specialist in Superintendent, Missouri State University,1977, currently attending University of Central Arkansas seeking a Masters Degree in School Counseling, anticipated graduation December 2016.

Educational Experience: 7-12 social studies teacher, Mountain Grove Schools,1970-1975. Assistant high school principal 1975-76 Mountain Grove. 1977-1979 high school principal, Houston High School, Houston, Missouri. 1980-84 superintendent, Couch R-I Schools, Myrtle, Missouri. 1985-87 assistant superintendent, Mountain Grove. 1988.

Principal 1989 then superintendent 1990-97 at Williford Schools, Williford, Arkansas. 1998-2000 superintendent, Fair Play Schools, Fair Play, Missouri. 2001-2003 superintendent, Oregon-Howell School District, Koshkonong, Missouri.2004-2008 superintendent, Iberia School District, Iberia, Missouri.2008-Sold Insurance for American General Insurance Company2003-2013 adjunct faculty for William Woods University, Fulton, Mo. Taught Masters and Specialist cohorts in School Administration.2009-2013 Certified teacher assistant Imboden Area Charter School.2014 to present, counselor Imboden Area Charter School.]

Concert Venue $500, any program or concert over 100 miles from Imboden, $100 lodging.
