The 2013 Imboden Halloween Block Party began at 5:00pm with fair weather for the children to trick or treat. While earlier storms left a few puddle to navigate around ,the sun came out and it was even a little warmer than previous years.

The Imboden Volunteer Fire Department blocked off intersections at W. 4th st at Florida, the Southern end of Georgia St. at W. 4th st., West 4th st, at South North Carolina St, South North Carolina St. at West 4th St. and the western end of West 5th St. at Arkansas Highway 115 so kids could trick or treat safely with their parents.\

The Imboden Volunteer Firefighters passed out candy for the children at the cross walk and were even greeted by a skeleton behind the wheel of a truck.

It’s always fun to see so many of our neighbors all dressed up in costumes and enjoying the fall weather. We took photo’s around town of the decorations and those out trick or treating last night. You can view the photo slideshow below for all the Halloween 2013 photo’s and if you would like to submit your Halloween photo’s on Imboden Live please send them to lisadawn@imbodenlive.com to be posted on the website.

Thanks to the City of Imboden and Imboden Volunteer Firefighters for organizing the Halloween Block Party and everyone who helped to help make this Halloween fun for the kids and a safe Halloween in Imboden for 2013.
