At 1:37pm on New Years Day, the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department, AET Ambulance of Imboden and the Arkansas State Police responded to a one vehicle accident on Hwy 63 at Lawrence 204.
Firemen reported a one vehicle accident in which a vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole, breaking the pole in half and causing severe damage to the vehicle. Firemen reported that there was no road blockage, the vehicle contained a driver and two children. Initial reports were no injuries, AET responded and checked the accident victims.
The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
