The highlight of the annual Bobbie Jean Memorial Library Christmas Party sponsored by the Imboden Friends of the Library was a visit from Santa! 63 local children attended the party this year. Each child had a chance to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas and many parents took photo’s of their child visiting with Santa. Some adults even got in on the act and had their photo taken with the man in the red suit! Every child attending recieved the gift of a new book from the Imboden Friends of the Library. Children also had the opportunity to color Christmas coloring pages and listen to some Christmas music. The Friends of the Library served cookies, candy canes, and other refreshments to all who attended the party. The Friends of the Library purchase the books that are given away with funds donated during their Pancake Breakfast fund raiser held in March.
