Arson Investigation Underway In Lawrence County Using The Arkansas State Police Arson K-9
Sheriff Jody Dotson today informed us that the Arkansas State Police is conducting an arson investigation into the fire on Lawrence 517 just out Hoxie.

Sheriff Dotson informed that a special trained K-9 was being used in the investigation. Michael Ford is in the custody of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office awaiting a hearing on charges of Arson, Felony Cruelty To Animals, Criminal Mischief and Felon In Possession Of A Firearm following the events of Monday night where the home, several vehicles and an RV was burned, also a horse on the property was shot and killed. Ford surrendered to Sheriff Dotson on Wednesday.
