Margaret Marie Beck, 80 of Walnut Ridge; died May 28, 2024, in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Walnut Ridge.
Born January 14, 1944, in Searcy; daughter of the late Hardy Sparrow and Maxine Nash Medlock. Margaret was united in marriage to Larry Beck on December 1, 1967. She worked at the N & M Handbag factory for over 10 years and owned and operated the Ozark Gift Shop in Hardy for many years until retiring. She was of the Freewill Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and stepfather, Eldon Medlock; a son, Jack Lawson, and one brother, James Sparrow.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Larry of the home; one daughter, Mary (Denny) Smith of Walnut Ridge; two grandsons, Dylan and Trevor Smith; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11 A.M. in the Lorado Cemetery.
