At approximately 1:49 a.m., Paragould Emergency Services received a 911 call of a two vehicle crash on Hwy 412 East near County Road 930. Deputies, along with Paragould Police and Paragould Fire, responded. Upon arrival, responders discovered debris covering all four lanes of the highway, with both drivers entrapped and deceased.
Arkansas State Police was notified and a trooper was dispatched to investigate the crash. Both drivers were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Greene County Coroner’s Office. At this time (3:40 a.m.) the crash has been cleared and the highway has been reopened.
The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
