Shortly before 10 pm Friday evening, JPD Officers responded to the Race Street Market at the corner of Race ST and Richardson DR for a shooting incident. Upon arrival, they secured the scene and located 18-year-old Lamarion Bailey, deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers later reported a male, 23-year-old Damariantae Russell, had arrived at a local hospital with an apparent gunshot wound that was related to this crime.
