Richard Randolph, age 56 of Strawberry was convicted and sentenced to 48 months probation and several fines.

Randolph was convicted of 2 counts of aggravated assault (felony), terroristic threatening (felony) and criminal mischief (felony), Randolph received 48 months probation for each charge and was fine $3000, $150 court cost and $250 DNA fee.

The conviction stems from an October 2022 incident where Randolph is alleged to have pointed a gun at a man and woman, threatening to kill them both and hitting their vehicle with another vehicle causing damage, according to court documents.
