Arkansas State Police are investigating a sexual assault incident at a daycare in Fulton County according to a press release from Sheriff Jake Smith.
According to the release, a sexual assault allegedly occurred against a child under the age of 5, by a juvenile male at Happy Feet Daycare on Wood Hollow Road in Ash Flat.
According to the press release, deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department responded to the White River Medical Center on Nov. 14th regarding the incident.
An investigation was launched by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division.
The suspect is described as a 17 year old child of a former employee.
