Rebecca Ann Beary, 77 of Walnut Ridge, passed away November 17, 2023, in the St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born March 12, 1946, in Denton; daughter of the late Dewey and Elsie Broadway Blankenship. Ann was united in marriage to J.D. Beary on October 10, 1964. She was a homemaker, secretary, and a loving mother. She was proud of being involved as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, helping on the farm, and being known as Mrs. Ann the Pumpkin lady. She loved holidays, traveling and setting up and selling Pumpkins in her yard.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a granddaughter, McKenzie; and a brother, J.D. Blankenship.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, J.D.; three sons, David Beary of Finch, Jarrod and Jonathan Beary both of Walnut Ridge; a grandson, Creede; and a granddaughter, Keeley; a beloved dog, Holli; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 22, 2023; at 12 P.M. in the First Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge with Bro. Tim Campbell officiating. Pallbearers will be Don Alls, James Cagle, Matt Crum, David Abbott, Robert Denison, and Tosh Manning. Interment will follow in the Lawrence Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5 P.M. till 7 P.M. in the First Free Will Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge.
