According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (10/16/2023-10/23/2023). An average of 67 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Ruby Alegria, 32, of Cave City, was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
Shawn Biby, 18, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear Misdemeanor on Driving without a Driver’s License.
Kristy Bristow, 44, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL x2, Failure to Appear Felony on Furnishing Possession using Delivering Prohibited Articles.
William Douglas, 31, of Memphis, was arrested for Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Degree, Reckless Driving, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing on Foot, Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine LT 2GM, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Noah Estep, 40, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Domestic Battering-3rd Degree, Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct.
LuAnne Gamble, 43, of Brooklyn, was arrested for Violation of Suspension or Probation, Hold for Other County/State.
Autumn Hall, 18, of Hardy, was arrested for Assault 2nd Degree.
Jessie Hancock, 40, of Salem, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Violation of City Ordinance, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.
Susan Hellums, 45, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on Failure to Appear-Felony on Forgery.
Preston Holley, 20, of Batesville, was arrested for Fictious Tags, Driving with Suspended/Revoked DL, Failure to Register Vehicle-Expired Tags, Fleeing in Vehicle or Conveyance.
Stephen Miller, 41, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Felony Fleeing, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, Driving DWI Revoked License, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Driving While Intoxicated, Battery 2nd Degree, Resisting Arrest.
Eric Nelson, 49, of Batesville, was arrested for Parole/Probation Hold, Investigative Hold.
Seth Poirrier, 20, of Hardy, was arrested for Hold for Other County/State.
Becca Robinson, 32, of Salem, was arrested for Failure to Appear x3 on Fictious Tags, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance, Probation Revocation, Failure to Pay Time Pay on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.
Carson Rose, 19, of Hardy, was arrested on Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree, Assault 3rd Degree, Endangering Welfare of Minor 3rd Degree x2.
