Wicklef Hamilton Wilson, 66, of Swifton, died suddenly October 11, 2023, in an automobile accident.
Born October 24, 1956, in Pocahontas; son of the late, James S. and Anna Lois Smith Wilson. He was a member of the National Guard and a Farmer. He enjoyed mechanic work, car racing both drag and dirt tracks; and being outdoors fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Lou Ellen Massey.
Survivors include his two daughters, Stacy (Troy) Owens of Cloverbend, and Samantha (Gabriel) Ilie of Swifton; a son, James (Megan) Wilson of Swifton; seven grandchildren, Emily, Hunter, Haylee, Troy, Kadem, Destiny, and Jazmyn; a sister, Cindy Wilson of Hoxie; a brother, Chuck Knudsen of Texas; a niece, Becky Wilson; and a special friend, Houston McLaughlin; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 5 P.M. till 7 P.M. in the Bryan Chapel in Hoxie. Interment of his cremains will be held at a later date in the Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge.
