Authorities report that Ethan Wayne Hutchinson, age 30 was charged in Baxter County in connection with a fatal crash that happened in May of 2022.
Hutchinson allegedly crossed the turning lane and hit a truck, causing the death of the driver of the truck according to court filings.
John Wilson. Hutchinson admitted to changing the music on his phone when the wreck occurred .
A blood sample was taken from Hutchinson, and the test showed his system had a Schedule IV narcotic known to have muscle relaxant and sedative properties.
