The Clay County Sheriff’s Department reports that on September 21, 2023, at approximately 10:13 pm a Clay County deputy made a traffic stop on US 67 North of Corning.
The vehicle had a Texas License and was driving erratically according to report.
The deputy made contact with the driver and. As the deputy talked to the driver, he became suspicious of the driver. The deputy asked and was given permission to search the vehicle.
During the search the deputy found illegal drugs. 50-year-old Randall Buck of Fort Worth, TX was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges Hazardous Driving, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
