Authorities report that 64-year-old Robert Lee Synoracki became unruly in a McDonald’s in Mountain View and started cussing. Authorities were dispatched to the incident and a check of his identification showed he was wanted for attempted first-degree murder from a case in Kansas in 1992.
Further investigation showed Synoracki was also wanted for battery of a police officer in Florida in 1989 along with other charges including federal charges of being a convicted felon in possession of firearms and probation violation.
In addition to Kansas and Florida, Synoracki has arrest records in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Illinois. Synoracki was arrested and is being held without bond in the Stone County Jail.
