According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (4/17/23-4/24/2023). An average of 64 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Shane Bonlie, 54, of Ravenden Springs, was arrested for Hot Checks Lt or Equal to $1000 1st Offense.
Jeremy Campbell, 35, of Hoxie, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Ignacio Escobar, 32, of Batesville, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Coni Ewing, 56, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, Public Intoxication.
Larry Ewing, 50, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Illegal Windshield, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Terroristic Threating.
Amanda Hicks, 37, of Highland, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Violation on City Ordinance, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL x2, No Proof of Liability Insurance.
Ian Lapio, 31, of Gassville, was arrested for Reckless Driving, Possession of Sched. IV LT 28GM, Driving or Boating While Intoxicated, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle.
Megan Mansfield, 23, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication, Failure to Obtain AR DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance, Failure to Pay Time Pay on Possession of Controlled Substance, Probation.
Christopher Montana, 24, of Pine Bluff, was arrested for Absconding/White Warrant.
Jeffery Niswonger, 30, of Siloam Springs, was arrested for Forgery-2nd Degree (Counterfeit Cashier’s Check).
Stacey Painter, 23, of Arkansas, was arrested for Fleeing on Foot, Obstructing Governmental Operations, Hold for another State/County.
Osbeli Perez, 21, of Batesville, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Michael Putman, 56, of Marion IL, was arrested for Rape.
Daniel Tate, 32, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Lucas Watt, 40, of Arkansas, was arrested for Fleeing on Foot, Obstructing Governmental Operations.
