Kristopher Gould was charged in May of 2020 with negligent homicide in the death of a construction worker that he allegedly ran over in a construction zone near the Tyronza Bridge on Interstate 555.

The Arkansas Court of Appeals has denied his appeal on Thursday of last week.

Gould had a blood alcohol content of 0.326, four times the legal limit.

Gould was found guilty in 2021 and sentenced to 15 years in prison.
