Authorities report that Terri Ruth Linnett, age 57 of Ravenden was arrested and charged with resisting arrest for a felony, and unlawful use of a weapon by handling a loaded gun in a negligent manner while intoxicated.
Reports say the incident stems from a loaded pistol being left in a gas station in Myrtle Missouri.
She also was charged with misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, second-degree sexual abuse, and peace disturbance.
Her bond was set at $10,000
