Surveyors continue to mark Arkansas Game and Fish Commission boundary lines at Lake Charles.

The AGFC periodically marks boundaries to manage and maintain their ownership boundary around its properties. The upper boundary line of Lake Charles is 50 feet above 280 MSL. This boundary is necessary to control and protect public investments and insure public use and access to the shoreline of the lake governed by the Policies and Land Use Around AGFC Lakes.

The land use policy may be accessed on the AGFC Website at the following link. https://www.agfc.com/en/resources/regulations/land-use-policy/
