According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (2/13/23-2/20/23). An average of 68 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Almaraz Victorino, 31, of Cave City, was arrested for Careless/Prohibited Driving, Driving or Boating while Intoxicated-2nd offense, Driving without owning a Driver’s License, Driving with Suspend/Revoked DL, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, Hold for other County/State.
Donald Beaty, 45, of Williford, was arrested for Body Attachment.
Justin Collins, 42, of Ravenden Springs, was arrested for Failure to Comply with Conditions.
Scott Evens, 46, of Caulfield, MO, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Felony on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Manuf Controlled Substance, Possession of Sched I, II Meth/Cocaine LT 2GM.
Thomas Hargo, 47, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Comply w/Conditions.
Clint Johnson, 57, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Possession of Firearms By Certain Persons.
Billy Jones, 33, of Black Rock, was arrested for Shoplifting, Commercial Burglary.
Jerry Lewis, 51, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Theft by Receiving.
Jody Lovell, 44, of Cave City, was Here for Court.
Timothy Moore, 33, of Hardy, was arrested for Domestic Battering-3rd Degree.
Samantha Richman, 28, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Shoplifting, Shoplifting (Theft of Property), Obstruction GOV Operations (Use or Threaten Physical Force).
Terrill Smith, 60, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Unauthorized use of Vehicle.
Schuyler Thompson, 24, of Melbourne, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Felony on Battery 2nd Degree.
Joshua Upchurch, 36, of Cave City, was arrested for Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct.
