A Greene County judge found probable cause Friday to charge a Leachville man with aggravated robbery.
In addition to the robbery charge, David Rojas, Jr., age 23 was charged in a Greene County Court for aggravated robbery, first-degree battery, possession of a firearm, theft of property, and terroristic threatening.

Paragould police responded to a report of an disturbance on Monday, the victim told investigators that Rojas pistol-whipped him with a Glock, then stole his wallet and vehicle.

The victim also reported the suspect made threats to kill him and two additional individuals in the room if they called authorities.

On Wednesday, officers found the victim’s vehicle parked at a home in Leachville.

Rojas was found inside the residence also recovered was the firearm, a Glock 9mm, from a bedroom where the suspect was reported to be staying.

Rojas is a convicted felon and forbidden to possess a firearm.

A Greene County Judge ordered Rojas to be held without bail.
