Hardy Police identified suspect Larry Willingham and two others identified as Amber Simms and Steven Ray. Willingham after surveillance video showed Larry Willingham took a wallet accidentally left at a checkout counter at the Hardy Dollar General.

The man in the black coat grabbed a wallet that was accidentally left at the bagging area in the Hardy Dollar store and threw the wallet in the parking lot after removing nearly $300 from it.
The suspects have been charged according to Hardy Police.
