At 4:11 pm Arkansas State Police requested assistance for a pursuit traveling through Lawrence County on Hwy 67 toward Randolph County, the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed was described as an older model pickup truck.
Witnesses reported the vehicle wrecked out near the PECO plant outside Pocahontas shortly after.
No word on injuries or suspect information has been released by authorities at this time.
Units are still on scene.
