Authorities say a standoff took place at a West Memphis hotel on Thursday.
Law enforcement say a wanted person was barricaded inside the Econo Lodge on South Service Road in West Memphis.
After a stand-off with authorities the suspect was taken into custody just after 1 p.m.
The suspect has been identified as 44-year-old Daniel Seth Roberts who was wanted out of Randolph County for outstanding warrants
Roberts was wanted on failing to appear after being charged with battery for swinging a machete at a Randolph County deputy in October 2021.
