According to Sharp County Chief Deputy Aaron Presser, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (7/25-8/2) an average of 62 inmates housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Danny Bennett, 62, of Batesville, was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated 1st Offence, Driving Left Lane Continually, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jerry Darr, 70, of Hardy, was arrested for Domestic Battery-3rd Degree.
Anthony Green, 30, of Smithville, was arrested for Improper Use of Evidence of Registration (Fictitious Tags, etc.) Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons, Theft of Property (Firearm <$2500-Felony), Public Intoxication, Removal of Vehicle Involved in an Accident Involving Damage Only to Vehicle/Personal Property of Another Person.
Dakota Hambley, 28, of Williford, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Failure to Stop at a Traffic Light, Driving on Suspended DL, No Proof of Liable Insurance, Defective Equipment.
Buddy James, 40, of Crossett, was arrested on Prole/Probation Hold.
Deanna Johnson, 39, of Sidney, was arrested for Violation of Suspension or Probation.
Joseph Jones, 23, of Cave City, was arrested for Endanger Welfare of a Minor 2nd Degree, Domestic Battering-3rd Degree.
Daniel Malin, 49, of Imboden, was arrested for a Hold on White Warrant.
DeAndrea Miller, 27, of Wilmer, was arrested for Parole/Probation.
Waylon Moser, 33, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Felony on Aggravated Assault.
Deon Rynders, 20, of Lonoke, was arrested on Failure to Appear-Felony on Rape x3, Contributing to Delinquency of a Juvenile x2, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
Zachary Spaulding, 51, of Pine Bluff, was arrested for Hold for Other County/State.
Nicklaus Stenger, 24, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Speeding, Driving on Suspended DL, No Proof of Insurance, Driving to Fast for Conditions, (NO Accident) No Proof of Liability Insurance.
William Thompson, 43, of Cherokee Village, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Public Intoxication.
