Carson Gates of Walnut Ridge was arrested on Tuesday after fleeing from a traffic stop initiated by PFC David Davison. Gates was found, arrested, and charged with Fleeing, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons, Possession of Meth or Cocaine L/T 2g, Non-Financial Identity Fraud, Theft by Receiving (Firearm), Resisting Arrest (Refusal to Submit), and an Absconder Warrant.
A bond of $100,000 was set at a Probable Cause hearing on Wednesday, May the 4th.
