Authorities say an Izard County man was arrested and is being held on a $100,000 bond, charged with raping a girl multiple times.
Judge David E. Miller issued a warrant for Seth Austin Mitchell age 17 after finding probable cause to charge him with 5 counts of rape.
Mitchell allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with another person who is less than 14 years of age , authorities say.
The crimes happened between Sept. 1st and Dec. 3rd According court records.
Mitchell was booked into the Izard County Detention Center on Dec. 10th to await his arraignment.
