According to Sharp County officials a body was found in mobile fire that occurred on August 30th at 1:05 am. The Cave City Fire Department was dispatched to the 1400 block of Jackson Springs Road, outside of Cave City, for a fully involved mobile home fire.
Firefighters discovered an unidentified deceased male inside the residence.
The Sharp County Sheriff’s Department was notified and responded to the scene. The investigation is still ongoing.
The body of the deceased male was sent to the Arkansas Crime lab for an autopsy and identification.
Sharp County officials stated more information will be released as it becomes available.
