A hearing concerning Dr. Lori McKenzie, Hoxie High School Principal will be held on May 3rd, Monday at 6:00 pm. McKenzie was placed on paid administrative leave in April. Hoxie Superintendent Kelly Gillham has stated that the matter is under investigation and could release no details concerning Dr. McKenzie at that time.
A group of parents and supporters of Dr. Lori Mckenzie have encouraged people to attend the May 3rd hearing when the school board will meet to discuss her contract renewal for the upcoming school year. An exact location has not been given as of today but the hearing will be held on Hoxie School campus.
