A man wanted on warrants in both Izard and Stone counties and his wife have been arrested in Batesville. 43 year old, Christopher Day and his wife 40 year old, Crystal Day were both arrested at the Ramada in Batesville. Â
The Days were reportedly in possession of a plastic baggie with a large quantity of meth, drug paraphernalia, and over $1,000 in cash. Christopher Day is charged with possession of meth, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft by receiving. He is also charged as a habitual offender and his bond was set at $75,000. Crystal Day was charged with possession of meth, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Her bond was set at $5,000.
