An Imboden man was arrested Sunday on felony domestic battery charges. The charges stem from what authorities said was a domestic assault that occurred around 11pm on Saturday night in Imboden.
Christopher Broadway was stopped by authorities on Hwy 62 in Randolph County after law enforcement received information on his whereabouts and the description of the vehicle he was traveling in. Broadway was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
Broadway is charged with Felony 2nd Degree Domestic Battery and Terroristic Threatening.
