27 year old Kristopher Gould of Mammoth Spring was charged with Failure To Maintain Control, Negligent Homicide and Open Container after an accident on I-555 in Poinsett County where the suspect lost control of his vehicle striking and killing 22 year old Preston Brayfield of Kansas City in a construction area along the highway.
The accident happened around 7:45pm on Saturday according to the Arkansas State Police.
