Kelly Glenn Dawson of Maynard (formerly of Walnut Ridge) is charged with murder in connection with the February 4th death of Jonesboro resident, Brandon Scott Will.
Will was found by Randolph county deputies after they received a call of a person passed out in a vehicle, on Hwy 115 near Maynard. Will was found critically injured, he was transferred by ambulance to Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas, where he later died. Wills’ body was sent to the Arkansas Crime Lab where w]his death was ruled a homicide. The examiner stated that Will died from blunt force trauma, possibly from being kicked in the head repeatedly.

Kelly “Nubs†Dawson formerly of Walnut Ridge is named as a person of interest in the beating death of 33 year old, Brandon Will which occurred on February 4th, 2020. Kelly Dawson was named as a person of interest by Randolph County authorities after he was arrested February 10th on unrelated charges of failure to register as a sex offender (bench warrant).
Kelly “Nubs†Dawson is the brother of Telly Dawson who was in a relationship with Brandon Will according to their social media pages.
