On Wednesday night the murder case of Alissa Cannon and her son Braydon will be featured on the Investigation Discovery Channel’s “In Pursuit With John Walsh”. The show airs tonight at 9:00 p.m. The story follows the June 25th murders of Alissa Cannon and her four year old son, at her home 1338 Ronald Drive in Camden, AR. Jory John Worthen, a white/Hispanic male is the prime suspect according to the U.S. Marshals

Worthen is described as 6 ft. 2 in., 157 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair, with numerous tattoos. Worthen is 24 years old. He is wanted on two counts of capital murder of his girlfriend and her son. Worthen has been on the run since late June 2019. Authorities believe he was spotted in Alaska in August according to Alaska State Troopers. Then in December U.S. Marshals investigated a tip that he was seen at a gas station in Georgia.

One person, Montez Charles- Xavier Woods, 22 years old was charged with providing aid to Worthen in the days following the killings. Woods plead guilty on January 9th to one count of hindering apprehension and received five years probation according to court records.

When last seen Worthen was wearing dark clothes, a dark ball cap, he was clean shaven with longer hair. He was seen driving a late model red Camaro and was with a black male with dreadlocks. If you have seen Worthen you are urged to call Camden Police Department at 870-836-5755.
