Authorities in Randolph County are searching for a possibly armed suspect, Colton Broadwater, in connection with an aggravated assault.
Broadwater is wanted for aggravated assault with vehicle fleeing. Broadwater is also being sought for questioning for multiple burglaries in Randolph County. Colton Broadwater has a lengthy criminal history and was recently jailed in Lawrence County earlier this month.
Broadwater was last seen driving a white Jeep renegade on Highway 49 between Jonesboro and Paragould. He could possibly be in Craighead, Greene, Lawrence or Randolph county.
Updated: at 10:15p.m. tonight Broadwater was in a pursuit and authorities recovered his vehicle. According to Randolph County authorities Broadwater is on foot in the Hwy. 251 and Sierra Loop area.
