New for the 2019 ATOD Like a Boss 5k is the Kids Fun Run. This will be for kids 10 years old and below. Each participant of the fun run will receive a medal.

The timed race will begin at 9 am and the fun run will immediately follow.  All participants of the timed race will receive a race tshirt and goody bag. Preregistration is $20 and registration the day of the race is $25. The fun run is free.  

For the timed race trophies will be given to the overall male and female winners. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be given to each male and female in the following age ranges: 60 and above; 59 – 41; 40 – 31; 30 – 21; 20 – 15; 14 – 11; 10 and below  

There is an option for participants to “sleep in for the cause”. Available through the online registration.
